1. All vehicles are Comprehensively full insured (include- PAI). In the event of an accident
where either the customer is at fault or where the fault cannot be attributed to a 3rd party
or unknown 3rd party (‘Hit & Run’ cases) are covered with the Excess amount of AED
1500/- is applicable. (All claims will be subject to unified motor insurance policy terms,
conditions & exclusion and any amendment).
2. A Deposit of 1000 AED will be mandatory if car is rented for a day. If it’s rented for more
than one day, then 1500 AED will be the deposit (2000 AED in case of non-EID holders). The
deposit for Luxury vehicles will be 2500 AED. The Security Deposit is refunded fourteen
days (14) after the car is returned. Deposits claim needs to be
done during working day from 9:00AM to 12:00PM on
finance@capitalcarsrental.com if deposit falls on a weekend you will be transferred the
amount on the next working day.
3. International and GCC country licenses are acceptable. Original ID and License shall be
presented at the time of agreement.
4. If drivers age is below 23 years or driving license is less than or a year old they will be liable
to pay 10 % damages in case of an accident. If both conditions are not met then 20 % will
be charged.
5. The vehicle must be returned with fuel level (same to same) or the Renter will be charged
accordingly: 25 AED Per Bar.
6. 5 % VAT is applicable on all Rental Invoices.
7. Renter will be charged 5 AED per Toll Gate.
8. Renter is responsible to pay any sort of Fines incurred during the rented period.
9. Cars are to be returned before 8 PM or else the renter is subject to a ‘charge of 20/- AÉD
per hour, Cars are not accepted on Sunday as the office will be closed.
10. Daily allowed mileage is 300 km.
Weekly allowed kilometers are 2000km.
Monthly allowed kilometers are 3000 km.
Every extra kilometer over cap will be charged 1AED/KM as per company policy.
11. Smoking within the vehicle will entail a fine of 300 AED.
12. Administrative fee of AED10/- Fine will entail.
13. In case a customer stops responding to calls/messages from the office It holds the right to
stop the engine of the car. The renter is liable to pay the rent for the number of days the car
is locked. Capital Cars Rental holds the right to take the car within 24 hours of being locked
and will not be responsible for the loss of the customer’s personal items or belongings.
14. Pretermination of a discounted deal will result to per day rent on the day of termination to
be applicable for entire leased period.
15. POS machine charge is flat 3% per transaction.
16. Extra charges of 30 AED will apply for any pickup or drop between 12 AM to 8 AM
